Rango 2011 is an animation film also known as Untitled Gore Verbinski Animated Project directed by Gore Verbinski and produced by Graham King. Rango stars the voices of actors Johnny Depp, Isla Fisher, Bill Nighy, Abigail Breslin, Alfred Molina, Harry Dean Stanton, Ray Winstone, Ned Beatty, and Timothy Olyphant. Distributed by Paramount Pictures, Rango is set to be released in theaters on March 4, 2011.
Rango is about the story of a chameleon with an identity crisis. Rango is an ordinary family pet chameleon living in a terrarium facing a major identity unstable condition. When Rango accidentally ends up in a town of Dirt, the less-than-courageous lizard suddenly finds he stands out. He establishes himself as the town's sheriff thinking that he is a hero, not knowing that everyone who have held that title do not succeed very well in Dirt.
