Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules 2011 also known as Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2 is based on the book of the same name by Jeff Kinney. Reprising their roles from the first film Zachary Gordon, Robert Capron, Devon Bostick, Rachael Harris, Steve Zahn, Connor and Owen Fielding, Karan Brar, Laine MacNeil, and Grayson Russell. Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules is directed by David Bowers. The film will be released on March 25, 2011.
Our wimpy hero Gregory "Greg" Heffley, now 12 and enters seventh grade , he and his older brother, Rodrick, must deal with their parents' misled attempts to have them bond, for which their mother, Susan, will give them Mom Bucks. All while Greg tries every try to impress his crush, Holly Hills. Also, he must keep a party Rodrick threw a secret from his parents to shun from getting in trouble as Greg covers for him as Rodrick theatrens to spilt his "diary" secret.
