The Way Back (2010) is a drama war film about a group of prisoners who escape from a Siberian Gulag during World War II directed by Peter Weir. The Way Back is a screenplay by Weir and Keith Clarke inspired by a book by Sławomir Rawicz, a Polish POW in the Soviet Gulag, the The Long Walk.
